At Queensland Public Trustee, we are committed to raising the quality of services that prioritise Queenslanders' rights, interests and wishes, particularly those in need of financial management, estate and trust administration, and advance life planning support.

Queensland Public Trustee is pleased to announce the release of the Service Improvements and Social Benefits 2022-2023 Report. This report is part of a series of publications that highlight our ongoing efforts to improve the quality and accessibility of our customer-focused services, community education and social benefits.

The report covers improvements implemented across Queensland Public Trustee's statewide services, reflecting our commitment to all Queensland communities.

Since the launch of our Customers First Agenda in 2020, we have remained committed to continuous improvement. Our goal is to provide cost-effective and independent services that prioritise the rights, interests, and wishes of our customers. The report demonstrates how we are striving to enhance the customer journey, making it more seamless, efficient, and supportive.
The case studies highlight the positive impact our work has on the lives of vulnerable Queenslanders and reflect our Customers First focus.
